Are your products 100% Vegan?

Yes, all TyLuxCosmetics products are 100% vegan & cruelty-free. All our products are tested on Men & Women, never on animals.

Do you use preservatives?

Most of our products are preservative free and organic. No parabens, gluten (except where noted in description), silicone or formaldehyde are used at TyLuxCosmetics. If we sell an item that has a water-based component, we must use a gentle eco-preservative to stop the development of bacteria and mold.

Do your products contain soy?

All our products are soy-free (except the Sophora Illuminating Serum which contains a small amount of soybean lecithin).

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or nursing?

We love botanical ingredients, but we recommend that you consult a health care practitioner if you have any concerns about whether our products may be right for you. We offer our products as cosmetics only.

Do you offer samples?

How can i track my order?

Can I use multiple discount codes?

One discount code may be applied per order. 

Is your packaging material eco-friendly?

Yes! Our packing are biodegradable and made from a combination of PBAT, a bio based polymer and PLA which is made up of pant materials such as regular field corn and wheat straw. Our polymailers are certified by all three industry certifiers; TUV Austria, BPI and Dincerto, meeting American, European, International and Australian standards.

Can I sell TyLuxCosmetics on my own site?

By purchasing our products, you agree not to resell or distribute TyLuxCosmetics products for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not intended for personal use.
